Mycoplasma gallisepticum Vaccine, Inactivated
1. Basic Information
- Active Ingredient: Contains inactivated Mycoplasma gallisepticum strain CR.
- Appearance: Homogeneous emulsion.
- Function and Purpose: For the prevention of chronic respiratory disease in chickens caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum. Duration of immunity is 6 months.
2. Usage and Dosage
- Chickens under 40 days old: 0.25ml per chicken.
- Chickens over 40 days old: 0.5ml per chicken.
- Laying hens: Administer a booster dose of 0.5ml per hen before the start of laying.
3. Precautions
- Warm the vaccine to room temperature and shake thoroughly before injection.
- Select the middle-lower part of the neck as the injection site; avoid injecting too close to the head.
- Sterilize the local injection site before vaccination.
- Harmlessly dispose of used vaccine vials, utensils, and any unused vaccine.
- Do not administer this vaccine within 28 days before slaughter.
