Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis Thermo-stable Vaccine, Live（Strain La Sota + Strain H120）
1. Core Information
- Active Ingredients and Content: Each dose contains Newcastle disease virus (La Sota strain) and infectious bronchitis virus (H120 strain).
- Appearance: Light yellow, spongy, loose masses that detach easily from the vial wall and dissolve quickly upon addition of diluent.
- Function and Purpose: Prevents Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis in chickens.
2. Usage and Dosage
- Dilute the vaccine according to the number of doses indicated on the vial label, using sterile normal saline or a suitable diluent.
- Intranasal administration: 1 drop (0.03ml) per chicken.
- Drinking water immunization: Double the dose; adjust the water volume based on the age of chickens (5–10ml per chicken for 5–10-day-old chicks; 10–20ml per chicken for 20–30-day-old chickens).
3. Precautions
- Store the diluted vaccine in a cool and dark place, and use it up within 4 hours.
- Do not use metal containers for drinking water immunization; stop water supply for at least 4 hours before immunization.
- Harmlessly dispose of used vaccine vials, utensils, and any unused vaccine.
