[Main Composition] Sulfachloropyrazine sodium
[Description] This drug is a light yellow powder.
[Indications] This drug is a sulfonamide anticoccidial agent, indicated for the treatment of coccidiosis in sheep/goats, chickens, and rabbits.
[Dosage and Administration] Calculated based on this drug. Mixing into water: Add 1 g of this drug per 1 L of water for broilers and turkeys, administer for 3 consecutive days.
Mixing into feed: Add 2000 g of this drug per 1000 kg of feed, administer for 3 consecutive days for broilers and turkeys and 5~10 consecutive days for rabbits. Oral administration (daily dose, per 1 kg body weight): 1.2 mL for sheep/goats (prepare as a 10% aqueous solution), administer for 3~5 consecutive days.
[Adverse Reactions] No adverse reactions have been observed when administered according to the recommended dosage and administration.
[Precautions] (1) Do not administer to hens laying eggs for human consumption during the laying period.
(2) Do not administer via mixing into water for more than 5 consecutive days.
(3) Do not mix into feed for long-term use.
[Withdrawal Period] 4 days for turkeys, 1 day for broilers, and 28 days for sheep/goats and rabbits.
