Pet Grade Chicken Meal

This document describes two interconnected products derived from the processing of fresh white-feathered broiler chicken parts sourced from large-scale slaughterhouses: Chicken Fat and Pet Grade Chicken Meal.

1. Chicken Fat
Chicken Fat is a high-quality fat obtained during the production of pet-grade chicken meal. It is rendered through a single press of cooked raw materials. The product undergoes a meticulous process involving grinding, pre-heating, vacuum transfer, melting, dehydration, and separation to ensure purity and quality.

Key Specifications:

• Acid Value: ≤ 5%

• Moisture: ≤ 0.5%

• Smoke Point: ≥ 180°C

• Impurities: ≤ 0.1%

• Fat Content: ≥ 99.8%

• TBA (Thiobarbituric Acid Value): ≤ 5 mmol/kg

The separated crude fat is filtered to achieve low impurity levels before being stored as finished product. The remaining residue is pressed to produce high-quality pet-grade chicken meal.

2. Pet Grade Chicken Meal
Pet Grade Chicken Meal is a premium protein ingredient produced from fresh, chilled chicken parts including neck skin, breast skin, leaf fat, and tail. The entire process from slaughter to finished product is completed within 18 hours, ensuring freshness. The manufacturing involves stewing, temperature-controlled sterilization, oil-water separation, and pressing/grinding processes.

• Crude Protein: ≥ 72-75%

• Moisture: ≤ 6%

• Crude Ash: ≤ 7%

• Crude Fat: ≤ 10%

• Methionine: ≥ 0.8%

• Lysine: ≥ 2.8%

• Volatile Basic Nitrogen: ≤ 60 mg/100g

• Pepsin Digestibility: ≥ 90%
