Principles of aflatoxin degradation: 

Degrading enzymes act on 8,9 ether bonds of difuran ring of AFB1 toxic groups to decompose them into non-toxic substances.

Principles of zearalenone degradation:

The degrading enzyme acts on the lactone bond in the toxic structure of ZEN, after decomposition, the substance cannot bind to estrogen receptors, thus disabling the toxicity.

Principles of vomitoxin degradation:

The hydroxyl of DON carbon 3 is oxidized firstly to form 3-keto-DON, and then reduced to form 3-isomeric-DON, its toxicity is reduced by 1182 times.
