The meat is bright red with marbling, containing ≥20.5g/100g of protein, ≤1.9g/100g of fat, and rich in minerals such as calcium, iron, and zinc. Slaughter yield ranges from 47% to 50%. The cattle are raised through mountain grazing combined with natural forage like corn stalks and rice straw, with an 18-month growth period. Water sources meet pollution-free standards.
