Bucket Elevator Specifically Designed for Large Feed Mills & Medium-to-Large Farms

The bucket elevator is suitable for lifting and conveying materials during the production process in medium and large feed processing plants, as well as for elevating other powdered materials.

Working Principle:
During operation, materials are evenly fed into the buckets in the boot section through the inlet of the bucket elevator. They are then elevated to the head section. When the buckets pass around the drive wheel, the materials are discharged by centrifugal force and gravity, flowing out through the discharge outlet into the desired container or the next piece of equipment in the process. The entire operation consists of three stages: loading, hoisting (conveying), and discharging, with loading and discharging being the key phases.
