Guigang Port has become the only water transport port in the Xijiang River Basin with integrated "rail, public, and water" cross-border logistics functions, marking a new stage of seamless multimodal transport with a "single document" system for Xijiang inland ports.

　　The "Bay Port Pass" pilot model breaks the barriers of traditional customs clearance processes, addressing the pain points of multiple transshipment steps, complex procedures, and long cycles for inland foreign trade goods. Foreign trade enterprises only need to submit a multimodal transport application through the international trade "single window" to achieve full-process seamless supervision from the departure point to the exit point, eliminating the need for repeated customs clearance and verification processes at transshipment points along the way, truly achieving "one-time declaration, single document throughout, worry-free process."

　　According to calculations, this model can directly save approximately 2 days of customs clearance time for each foreign trade shipment, significantly compressing the overall logistics cycle, reducing the comprehensive logistics clearance costs for enterprises, effectively opening up logistics channels between coastal ports, border ports, and inland areas, achieving deep linkage development of "inland river + railway + seaport," effectively reducing burdens and empowering foreign trade enterprises in the jurisdiction, continuously optimizing the port business environment.
