The East China Sea Second Rescue Flying Team of the Ministry of Transport has released an “AI” action plan.
Recently, the East China Sea Second Rescue Aviation Team (referred to as East Second Flight) of the Ministry of Transport officially released the "AI+" action plan. Focusing on six core business scenarios—safety management, operational command, aircraft maintenance, maritime rescue, flight training, and anti-corruption prevention—it deploys six categories of intelligent agents to comprehensively promote the deep integration of AI technology with maritime emergency rescue.
This action plan release is set against the backdrop of the Ministry of Transport accelerating the innovation of typical application scenarios for "Artificial Intelligence + Transportation." It closely aligns with industry frontiers by opening multi-source data access channels, conducting module development and model training, pilot verification and iterative optimization, establishing a regular update and maintenance mechanism, and improving manual review intervention processes. The plan aims to advance the development of six categories of intelligent agents and 18 core modules.
Currently, the East China Sea Second Rescue Aviation Team maintenance knowledge base has been launched, effectively enabling instant generation of troubleshooting solutions, with an accuracy rate of over 90% and a maintenance efficiency improvement of over 90%. The AI rescue intelligent agent has been embedded into the digitalized operational command and control platform, achieving risk assessment for helicopter rescue missions from four dimensions: human, machine, environment, and management. The AI preventive maintenance intelligent agent has completed plan drafting and rule formulation and will soon undergo operational testing.
The release of the "AI+" action plan marks a solid step forward for the East China Sea Second Rescue Aviation Team in digital transformation and intelligent upgrading, providing strong digital support for the modernization of maritime emergency rescue capabilities.
