Construction of Phase III expansion at the iron ore terminal in the Caofeidian Port Area of Tangshan Port is being accelerated.

In early autumn, as the summer heat fades, at the site of the Phase III expansion project of the ore terminal in the Caofeidian Port Area of Tangshan Port, Hebei Province, two barge cranes and one land crane are working in coordination, and the rebar binding construction is being accelerated.
This "micro-renovation" project will extend the existing wharf shoreline by 120 meters to the east and renovate and expand the auxiliary support systems, increasing the total berth length to 910 meters. At the same time, the terminal's designed annual throughput capacity will be increased by 2 million tons, reaching 37 million tons. Once completed, the terminal will achieve a "40+N" flexible berthing combination mode, meaning "400,000 tons + 400,000 tons" or "400,000 tons + multiple small and medium-sized ships" berthing simultaneously.
