Eggs: Bottom-Fishing Sentiment Rises, Can Egg Prices Stabilize?

Egg Market Outlook
On the supply side, as temperatures drop after autumn begins, laying hens' egg production rates recover from the summer lull, and daily egg output increases month-on-month.
On the demand side, after National Day stocking ended, procurement demand from food factories, tourism and catering, and households declined simultaneously, and the market entered the traditional off-season.
Overall, short-term egg prices may enter a bottoming and stabilizing phase. However, supply pressure persists and demand support is limited, so the momentum for a rebound remains insufficient. Going forward, attention should be paid to whether bottom-fishing sentiment can sustain and whether sales volume improves.
